Sales 4 Schools

Using REAL ESTATE to make a REAL IMPACT in our community

Great schools make great communities!

Sales 4 Schools is a national network made up of real estate professionals who are committed to bettering their communities by supporting local schools.

How it Works

For Schools

Schools don’t have to lift a finger, except to endorse the check. Any time one of our agents completes a sale with a school family or one of its referrals, the agent donates 10% of their commission (up to a max of $500 per sale) to a local school.

For Sellers & Buyers

Buying a home is a major investment. Whether buying or selling real estate, it’s important to align with a top real estate professional. Plus you get the warm feeling that comes from knowing you are donating money to a school in your community.

For Agents

A Sales 4 Schools Authorized Agent understands the important connection between school success and strong community ties. Our agents have exclusive access to a proven marketing system developed specifically for Sales 4 Schools.

Why Sales 4 Schools?

Education for children is one of the best investments we can make in the future. Even more than real estate. With the Sales 4 Schools program money from local real estate sales goes back into the community and benefits some of it’s most important residents.

Megan Orvis Morris has been a successful full-time Realtor for over 20 years. As a business woman, parent, and former president for a local school foundation, she realized the immense need for more funding for our schools. So she founded Sales 4 Schools, a program that donates $500 per real estate transaction involving a family with school age children to a local school. Over $25,000 has gone back to the community so far. Will your school be next?
